THE CHALLENGE

To raise awareness of annual fatalities and injuries among tradeswomen due to ill-fitting Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); the need for inclusive safety standards in the industrial work environment and to elevate a little-known PPE manufacturer and thought leader to a national level of name recognition and to generate sales.

THE SOLUTION

The ARTÉMIA team developed and executed a social marketing and public awareness campaign. The campaigns were designed to reduce accidents by educating female professionals, employers and the general public about the importance of PPE safety and to drive product sales of safety items on the SeeHerWork website. In addition to engaging with relevant trade and national publications, we conducted B2B outreach, encouraging corporations to enroll in PPE programs for women and also provided training and subject matter experts.

THE RESULTS

SeeHerWork received extensive press coverage, including Good Morning America, CNN, Houston Chronicle, Univision and The Houston Business Journal.
