Our Story

ARTÉMIA was founded in 1995 in San Francisco by our CEO, Barbara Wichmann. While she initially focused on launching technology-based companies and start-ups across the US, Europe and Canada, soon she widened the firm’s scope and ARTÉMIA became what it is today — a full-service strategic communications and digital marketing agency that specializes in innovative solutions that incorporate technology whenever appropriate.

 

The focus of ARTÉMIA is to connect corporations, institutions, high-growth start-ups and professionals with their target customers. We develop advertising, communications and marketing strategies as well as create compelling digital media content, responsive websites and custom mobile app designs.

 

As an integral part of our clients’ market entry and expansion initiatives, we produce by-invitation-only, VIP events, as well as manage trade show logistics and our corporate clients’ outreach and diversity platforms.

 

Since our inception over 20 years ago, we have consistently focused on providing sustainable solutions for all of our clients’ communication concerns.
