June 2016 – For Barbara I. Wichmann, CEO of ARTEMIA, the Bay Area is a challenging and innovative place to do business: “It really is great to be right in the geographical heart of so much innovation; to be surrounded by people who are prepared to challenge the norm; to not simply accept the status quo and to always ask “why”? And this spirit is not just limited to startups; I continually see our corporate clients asking those same kind of questions – everyone seems to be interested in moving forward – there is a sense of discovery and desire for continued learning that is exhilarating to be around.”

Over 200 attendees came together for this networking and matchmaking event and to hear some very inspirational speakers – Joanna Bloor, VP of Sales Operations at Pandora, and Claudia Estrada, President and General Manager for KTNC 42 Estrella TV and KCXNS 38 Mundo Fox. This fall, as a successful small business owner she was invited to the Americas Best Practices Conference in Clearwater, Florida, to participate in a panel titled “Maximize Business Performance with TL9000.” She shared her insights on the importance of creating a culture of transparency and open feedback with clients using regular customer surveys to help drive both productivity and bottom line improvements in service delivery.
