ITEK Solutions, a Toronto-based managed security service provider, engaged ARTÉMIA to support the U.S. launch of its new subsidiary, Metallic IT.

Overview

Although ITEK Solutions was well established in Canada, its U.S. subsidiary Metallic IT had no brand recognition or customer base and faced steep competition in a crowded cybersecurity market. To build credibility and momentum, ARTÉMIA designed and executed a market entry campaign tailored to the healthcare and dental sectors. We conducted competitor, market, and pricing analyses, developed positioning and tailored messaging, and provided executive media training.

The American Dental Association’s flagship conference, SmileCon served as the launch platform, where our team managed on-site coordination, produced a promotional video, facilitated introductions and delivered full social media support. Post-event, we sustained visibility through blogs, guest articles and email campaigns.
