PHD Medical, a Canadian holding company, retained ARTÉMIA to help its subsidiary, Choice Telemed, expand into the U.S. market. Leveraging our healthcare expertise and network of industry contacts, we managed all aspects of strategic communications, marketing, and partnership development.
Our work included direct engagement with government regulators, trade associations, hospitals, correctional facilities, assisted living organizations, physician groups and advocacy organizations.
ARTÉMIA facilitated strategic partnerships, developed a management team for day-to-day telehealth operations, and supported staff trainings on billing and compliance. We also created stakeholder communications, sales collateral, product demos, tradeshow exhibits, and online sessions.
To ensure adoption in underserved markets, our team executed on-site visits to areas with limited connectivity to demonstrate the technology and support local expansion.
