According to a new report from Atomic Reach, 72% of consulting agency owners expect to invest more resources towards content in 2019, and 55% of marketers say blog content creation is the top inbound marketing priority.
As the earned media landscape shifts, with pay walls display advertising, contributed content is an important part of any marketing or PR strategy regardless of what industry a company is in. Content creation can produce different assets, both internal and external. This could include website copy, company blogs, newsletter, press releases and contributed articles
When it comes to PR, the most common type of content creation tends to be contributed articles. The importance of content creation can also be seen in the report, which says that 30% of agencies have designated positions for content creation.
