ARTEMIA Offers Innovative Online Marketing Strategies to the Bay Area

June 2016  – For Barbara I. Wichmann, CEO of ARTEMIA, the Bay Area is a challenging and innovative place to do business: “It really is great to be right in the geographical heart of so much innovation; to be surrounded by people who are prepared to challenge the norm; to not simply accept the status quo and to always ask “why”? And this spirit is not just limited to startups; I continually see our corporate clients asking those same kind of questions – everyone seems to be interested in moving forward – there is a sense of discovery and desire for continued learning that is exhilarating to be around.”

Connect to Success

September 2014  – Over September 17&18, Astra held its ‘Connect To Success’ event, hosted by Chevron at the Chevron Campus in San Ramon. As the producer of this event, and having donated our time and services to support it, we are delighted to report it that it was a tremendous success! Over 200 attendees came together for this networking and matchmaking event and to hear some very inspirational speakers – Joanna Bloor, VP of Sales Operations at Pandora, and Claudia Estrada, President and General Manager for KTNC 42 Estrella TV and KCXNS 38 Mundo Fox. Our own CEO, Barbara Wichmann, participated in a very well-attended panel discussion on the subject of building strategies for growth. We hope to see you at an Astra event soon!

Quest Forum

September 2014  – QuEST Forum is an excellent organization that brings together information and communication technologies (ICT) service providers and suppliers from around the world to share best practice and improve operational and supply chain performance. ARTEMIA’s CEO, Barbara Wichmann is proud to be a longtime active member of the forum and is a regular guest panelist on QuEST Forum’s Small Business Forum.

This fall, as a successful small business owner she was invited to the Americas Best Practices Conference in Clearwater, Florida, to participate in a panel titled “Maximize Business Performance with TL9000.” She shared her insights on the importance of creating a culture of transparency and open feedback with clients using regular customer surveys to help drive both productivity and bottom line improvements in service delivery.

The event, which also included workshops, keynote speakers and executive sessions was a resounding success and another great example of the value QuEST Forum brings to the industry it serves.

Our CEO Barbara Wichmann and some of the ARTEMIA team headed east for a busy few days in the company of inspirational WBEs, MBEs and corporate representatives. She also put her brand strategy and communications expertise to use by taking part in an IBM-hosted panel discussion on strategy to execution best practices.

Keynote speaker at the event was Randi Zuckerberg. For her insights into creating a brand with a mix of content – and to see her in song! – check out this video of her talk.
